UM Connects Alumni Talk

Dear Students,

We are thrilled to invite you to a very special Alumni Talk featuring two distinguished graduates of the University of Miskolc who are making a global impact in their respective fields!

Dr. Daniel Kibirige, a proud Miskolc alumnus, will be joining us in person, flying all the way from South Africa to share his inspiring professional journey.
Dr. Kibirige has built an outstanding international career in environmental and water management, specializing in hydrology, GIS, climate resilience, and remote sensing.
Dr. Wallyson Thomas Alves da Silva, another exceptional graduate of Miskolc University, currently serving as a Researcher and Project Manager at the wbk Institute of Production Science in Karlsruhe, Germany. He will share insights from his international journey in mechanical engineering, CAD, mathematical modeling, and advanced production science.

In this exclusive session, both alumni will discuss their career paths, lessons learned, and the global opportunities they embraced after graduating from Miskolc University.
